The South Western Mustangs lacrosse team scored 9 points and limited the host Carlisle Thundering Herd to 8 in the Mustangs non-league triumph on Tuesday.
The Mustangs (1-0) will now prepare for their game against New Oxford (New Oxford, PA). The Colonials enter the York Area 1 game with a 0-0 record.
The Thundering Herd (0-1) will now prepare for their game against Trinity (Camp Hill, PA). The Shamrocks enter the Mid-Penn game with a 1-0 record. In their last game, Trinity edged York Catholic (York, PA), 18-6, in a non-league game.
