In Tuesday's non-league test, the host Palatine Pirates lacrosse squad scored a tight 12-5 victory over the Crystal Lake South Gators.
The Pirates now have a 1-1 record. They take the field next when they host Stevenson for a non-league test on Friday, March 24. Palatine will face a Patriots squad coming off a 15-9 non-league loss to Barrington (Barrington, IL). The Patriots record now stands at 0-2.
In their next game, the Gators face the Batavia Bulldogs (Batavia, IL) in a non-league test, on Wednesday, March 22. Crystal Lake South will attempt to move on its 1-1 season record.
