Palmyra Cougars (Palmyra, PA) boosters exited the stadium content Tuesday as they witnessed their lacrosse squad nip the visiting Exeter Township Eagles (Reading, PA), 10-9 in a non-league battle.

The Cougars now own a 1-0 record. They take the field next when they travel to Chambersburg for a Mid-Penn battle on Friday, March 24. Palmyra will clash with a Trojans squad coming off a 13-0 non-league win over Mifflin County (Lewistown, PA). The Trojans record now stands at 2-0.

In their next game, the Eagles clash with the Boyertown Bears (Boyertown, PA) in a non-league battle, on Thursday, March 23. Exeter Township will attempt to advance on its 0-3 season record. The Bears come into the battle with a 1-0 record after their 14-13 non-league win over Kennett (Kennett Square, PA).
