The Allen County-Scottsville Patriots routed the visiting Monroe County Falcons softball squad by a count of 16-2 in Tuesday's non-league battle.

The Patriots (1-0) will now prepare for their battle against Clinton County (Albany, KY). The Bulldogs go into the non-league battle with a 0-0 record.

The Falcons now sport a 0-1 record. They play next when they host Todd County Central for a non-league battle on Friday, March 24.
