With the win, South Iredell upgrades its record to 7-2 on the season. The Vikings travel to Hickory Ridge (Harrisburg, NC) to battle the Ragin' Bulls in a Greater Metro 4A test on Tuesday, March 26. The Ragin' Bulls come into the test with a record of 6-4. Hickory Ridge won 14-4 in their recent league test against Mooresville (Mooresville, NC)

With the defeat, Alexander Central falls to 4-5 on the season. The Cougars travel to Watauga (Boone, NC) to battle the Pioneers in a Northwestern 3A/4A test on Friday, March 22. The Pioneers come into the test with a record of 5-2. Watauga lost 7-5 in their recent league test against South Caldwell (Hudson, NC)
