The Rainier Columbians baseball team (Rainier, OR), was overwhelmed 10-0 in Thursday's non-league outing with the host Astoria Fishermen (Astoria, OR)
The Fishermen now hold a 2-3 record. They take the field next when they travel to Crook County for a non-league outing on Friday, March 22. Astoria will face a Cowboys team coming off a 13-3 non-league loss to Ridgeview (Redmond, OR). The Cowboys record now stands at 1-1.
Next, the Columbians face the Stanfield/Echo Tigers (Stanfield, OR) in a non-league outing, on Tuesday, March 26. Rainier will attempt to advance on its 0-4 season record.
