The Brookland Bearcats baseball team scored 5 runs and limited the visiting North Little Rock Charging Wildcats to 4 in the Bearcats non-league victory on Thursday.
The Bearcats (10-5) will now prepare for their match against Greenwood (Greenwood, AR). The Bulldogs go into the non-league match with a 3-1 record.
The Charging Wildcats (1-6) will now prepare for their match against Robinson (Little Rock, AR). The Senators go into the non-league match with a 8-3 record. In their last match, Robinson was edged by Russellville (Russellville, AR), 2-1, in a non-league match.
