The Perry County Central Commodores crushed the visiting Owsley County Owls / Lady Owls baseball team by a count of 10-0 in Thursday's non-league bout.
The Commodores now possess a 4-2 record. They take the field next when they host Bell County for a non-league bout on Saturday, March 23. Perry County Central will face a Bobcats team coming off a 9-8 non-league loss to Knox Central (Barbourville, KY). The Bobcats record now stands at 2-2.
Next, the Owls / Lady Owls face the Estill County Engineers (Irvine, KY) in a District 56 bout, on Monday, March 25. Owsley County will attempt to move on its 0-3 season record. The Engineers enter the bout with a 1-4 record after their 12-2 non-league loss to Corbin (Corbin, KY).
