In Thursday's league test, the visiting Berkeley Yellowjackets lacrosse squad scored a good 17-2 victory over the Newark Memorial Cougars.

The Yellowjackets now have a 6-4 record. They take the field next when they travel to Miramonte for a non-league test on Tuesday, March 26. Berkeley will face a Matadors squad coming off a 15-14 league win over Acalanes (Lafayette, CA). The Matadors record now stands at 2-6.

In their next game, the Cougars face the Moreau Catholic Mariners (Hayward, CA) in a Western Athletic Conference test, on Thursday, March 28. Newark Memorial will attempt to advance on its 1-6 season record.
