In Thursday's league test, the host South Western Mustangs lacrosse squad scored a tight 9-8 victory over the New Oxford Colonials.
The Mustangs now have a 1-0 record. They take the field next when they travel to York Suburban for a York-Adams 1 battle on Thursday, March 28. South Western will clash with a Trojans squad coming off a 16-6 league loss to Dallastown (Dallastown, PA). The Trojans record now stands at 3-2.
In their next game, the Colonials clash with the Spring Grove Rockets (Spring Grove, PA) in a York-Adams 1 battle, on Tuesday, March 26. New Oxford will attempt to move on its 0-1 season record.
