The Preston Knights lacrosse squad (Kingwood, WV), was overwhelmed 17-2 in Thursday's non-league contest with the host University Hawks (Morgantown, WV)

Coming up next, the Hawks confront the Martinsburg Bulldogs (Martinsburg, WV) in a non-league contest, on Saturday, March 23. University will attempt to advance on its 5-0 season record. The Bulldogs enter the contest with a 3-0 record after their 9-4 league win over Musselman (Inwood, WV).

The Knights now own a 0-2 record. They play next when they travel to John Marshall for a WVSLA - Division II contest on Wednesday, March 27. Preston will confront a Monarchs squad coming off a 17-2 league win over Wheeling Park (Wheeling, WV). The Monarchs record now stands at 1-0.
