In Thursday's non-league test, the visiting Newark Charter School Patriots lacrosse squad scored a tight 9-6 victory over the Wilmington Christian Warriors.
The Patriots now have a 1-1 record. They take the field next when they host Tatnall for a non-league test on Thursday, April 4.
In their next game, the Warriors face the Red Lion Christian Academy Lions (Bear, DE) in a non-league test, on Saturday, March 23. Wilmington Christian will attempt to move on its 0-1 season record. The Lions come into the test with a 1-0 record after their 19-13 non-league win over Polytech (Woodside, DE).
