Gibson Southern Titans (Fort Branch, IN) backers exited the stadium thrilled Thursday as they saw their softball squad achieve victory over the host Sullivan Golden Arrows (Sullivan, IN), 15-2 in a non-league challenge.

The Titans now own a 1-0 record. They take the field next when they travel to West Limestone for a non-league challenge on Monday, March 25. Gibson Southern will face a Wildcats squad coming off a 15-14 non-league loss to Athens (Athens, AL). The Wildcats record now stands at 19-5.

With the loss, Sullivan falls to 0-2 on the campaign. The Golden arrows travel to North Daviess (Elnora, IN) to face the Cougars in a non-league challenge on Friday, March 22. The Cougars enter the challenge with a record of 1-1. North Daviess won 4-3 in their recent non-league challenge against Northeast Dubois (Dubois, IN)
