In Friday's non-league bout, the Bureau Valley Storm (Manlius, IL) baseball squad overwhelmed the host Amboy Clippers (Amboy, IL), by a tally of 9-3.
Next up, the Storm encounter the Rock Falls Rockets (Rock Falls, IL) in a non-league bout, on Saturday, March 22. Bureau Valley will attempt to upgrade on its 2-0 season record.
The Clippers (2-1) will now prepare for their bout against Pearl City (Pearl City, IL). The Wolves enter the non-league bout with a 1-1 record. In their last bout, Pearl City edged Warren/Stockton (Warren, IL), 16-6, in a non-league bout.
