The Calumet Chieftains baseball team scored 10 runs and held the visiting Stonewall Longhorns to 7 in the Chieftains non-league win on Friday.

The Chieftains now hold a 2-1 record. They take the field next when they travel to El Reno for a non-league test on Friday, March 21. Calumet will play a Indians team coming off a 11-0 league win over Guymon (Guymon, OK). The Indians record now stands at 5-0.

With the defeat, Stonewall drops to 8-4 on the year. The Longhorns travel to Leedey (Leedey, OK) to play the Bison in a non-league test on Friday, March 21. The Bison go into the test with a record of 3-4. Leedey won 11-3 in their recent non-league test against Varnum (Seminole, OK)
