In Friday's non-league game, the visiting Carlisle Bison baseball team scored a close 15-12 victory over the Paris Eagles.
The Bison (8-2) will now prepare for their game against Gentry (Gentry, AR). The Pioneers enter the non-league game with a 8-1 record. In their last game, Gentry held off Elkins (Elkins, AR), 6-5, in a non-league game.
Next, the Eagles face the Vilonia Eagles (Vilonia, AR) in a non-league game, on Thursday, March 27. Paris will attempt to improve on its 5-2 season record. The Eagles enter the game with a 4-3 record after their 11-1 non-league win over Heber Springs (Heber Springs, AR).
