Pennsylvania High School Baseball - Chartiers Valley holds off Central Valley

The Chartiers Valley Colts (Bridgeville, PA) baseball the host Central Valley Warriors (Monaca, PA), 6-2 in Friday's non-league challenge.
The Colts now own a 2-2 record. They take the field next when they travel to Trinity for a WPIAL 5A 2 challenge on Monday, March 24. Chartiers Valley will clash with a Hillers team coming off a 9-7 non-league loss to Canon-McMillan (Canonsburg, PA). The Hillers record now stands at 0-1.
With the defeat, Central Valley drops to 1-2 on the year. The Warriors travel to Ellwood City (Ellwood City, PA) to clash with the Wolverine in a non-league challenge on Monday, March 24. The Wolverine go into the challenge with a record of 3-0. Ellwood City won 8-3 in their recent non-league challenge against West Allegheny (Imperial, PA)
