The crowd at Friday's non-league battle between the Jamestown (Jamestown, MO) and the host Madison Panthers (Madison, MO), saw Jamestown's baseball team beat Madison by a margin of 19-0.

The (1-0) will now prepare for their battle against St. Elizabeth (St. Elizabeth, MO). The Hornets enter the Class 1 District 9 battle with a 0-3 record. In their last battle, St. Elizabeth was overwhelmed by Blair Oaks (Jefferson City, MO), 8-1, in a non-league battle.
