The Weymouth Wildcats (South Weymouth, MA) baseball trounced the visiting Quincy Presidents (Quincy, MA), 7-1 in Friday's non-league challenge.
The Wildcats now own a 1-0 record. They take the field next when they host Hingham for a non-league challenge on Thursday, March 27.
With the defeat, Quincy drops to 0-1 on the year. The Presidents host Charlestown (Charlestown, MA) to clash with the Townies in a non-league challenge on Monday, March 31. The Townies go into the challenge with a record of 0-0.
