In Friday's non-league outing, the host Clover Blue Eagles soccer squad scored a tight 2-1 victory over the Wando Warriors.
The Blue Eagles (6-4) will now prepare for their outing against Indian Land (Fort Mill, SC). The Warriors go into the AAAAA Region 3 outing with a 5-5 record. In their last outing, Indian Land was edged by Catawba Ridge (Fort Mill, SC), 5-0, in a league outing.
Next up, the Warriors play the Catawba Ridge Copperheads (Fort Mill, SC) in a non-league outing, on Saturday, March 22. Wando will attempt to improve on its 7-3 season record. The Copperheads go into the outing with a 7-2 record after their 0-0 non-league Christ Church Episcopal (Greenville, SC).
