The Dade County Wolverines edged the visiting Fannin County Rebels soccer team by a tally of 3-2 in Friday's league game.
Next, the Wolverines face the Gordon Central Warriors (Calhoun, GA) in a 1A D-I Region 7 game, on Tuesday, March 25. Dade County will attempt to advance on its 4-3 season record. The Warriors enter the game with a 2-6 record after their 6-1 league loss to Fannin County (Blue Ridge, GA).
The Rebels (5-3) will now prepare for their game against East Hall (Gainesville, GA). The Vikings enter the non-league game with a 2-8 record. In their last game, East Hall was nipped by Cherokee Bluff (Flowery Branch, GA), 10-0, in a league game.
