The Mount Vernon Mustangs soccer squad scored 10 points and held the host St. Francis Knights to 0 in the Mustangs league victory on Friday.

The Mustangs now hold a 4-3 record. They play next when they travel to Paideia for a non-league bout on Saturday, March 22. Mount Vernon will encounter a Pythons squad coming off a 7-0 league win over Landmark Christian (Fairburn, GA). The Pythons record now stands at 5-3.

With the loss, St. Francis moves to 0-7 on the year. The Knights travel to Wesleyan (Norcross, GA) to encounter the Wolves in a 1A D-I Region 5 bout on Tuesday, March 25. The Wolves go into the bout with a record of 7-1. Wesleyan won 4-1 in their recent non-league bout against North Forsyth (Cumming, GA)
