The Adams Central Patriots (Hastings, NE) baseball trounced the host Wayne Blue Devils (Wayne, NE), 10-2 in Friday's non-league challenge.
The Patriots now own a 1-0 record. They take the field next when they travel to St. Paul/Palmer for a non-league challenge on Thursday, March 27. Adams Central will clash with a Wildcats team coming off a 9-1 non-league loss to York (York, NE). The Wildcats record now stands at 0-1.
With the defeat, Wayne drops to 0-1 on the year. The Blue devils travel to Douglas County West (Valley, NE) to clash with the Falcon in a non-league challenge on Tuesday, April 1. The Falcon go into the challenge with a record of 0-1.
