Franklin Wildcats (Franklin, OH) followers exited the stadium in high spirits Friday as they saw their lacrosse team nudge the host Anderson Raptors (Cincinnati, OH), 10-9 in a non-league game.
With the victory, Franklin advances its record to 1-0 on the season. The Wildcats travel to Bishop Fenwick (Franklin, OH) to play the Falcons in a Region 8 game on Tuesday, March 25. The Falcons come into the game with a record of 0-1. Bishop Fenwick lost 17-3 in their recent non-league game against Beavercreek (Beavercreek, OH)
The Raptors now sport a 0-1 record. They put it on the line next when they host Milford for a Region 4 game on Monday, March 24. Anderson will play a Eagles team coming off a 16-9 non-league loss to Dublin Jerome (Dublin, OH). The Eagles record now stands at 0-1.
