St. Francis de Sales Knights (Toledo, OH) backers exited the stadium satisfied Friday as they saw their lacrosse team gain a win over the visiting Anthony Wayne Generals (Whitehouse, OH), 5-3 in a non-league game.
With the victory, St. Francis de Sales improves its record to 1-0 on the season. The Knights travel to Brother Rice (Bloomfield Hills, MI) to play the Warriors in a Division 1 District 2 game on Tuesday, March 25. The Warriors come into the game with a record of 1-0. Brother Rice won 9-4 in their recent non-league game against Brighton (Brighton, MI)
The Generals now have a 0-1 record. They put it on the line next when they travel to Northview for a Region 1 game on Tuesday, April 1.
