In Friday's non-league challenge, the host St. Mary's Ryken Knights lacrosse squad scored a good 14-4 triumph over the Bishop Ireton Cardinals.
The Knights (3-1) will now prepare for their challenge against Archbishop Curley (Baltimore, MD). The Friars go into the non-league challenge with a 0-0 record.
Next, the Cardinals clash with the West Potomac Wolverines (Alexandria, VA) in a non-league challenge, on Wednesday, March 26. Bishop Ireton will attempt to better on its 2-3 season record. The Wolverines go into the challenge with a 0-2 record after their 8-7 non-league loss to Langley (McLean, VA).
