The Turpin Spartans lacrosse team (Cincinnati, OH), was overwhelmed 13-2 in Friday's league battle with the host Mariemont Warriors (Cincinnati, OH)
With the victory, Mariemont advances its record to 1-0 on the season. The Warriors travel to Sycamore (Cincinnati, OH) to encounter the Aviators in a non-league battle on Monday, March 31. The Aviators come into the battle with a record of 0-0.
The Spartans now sport a 1-1 record. They put it on the line next when they host Shelby County for a non-league battle on Saturday, March 22. Turpin will encounter a Rockets team coming off a 12-0 non-league win over Central Hardin (Cecilia, KY). The Rockets record now stands at 3-4.
