Northfield Nighthawks (Denver, CO) followers exited the stadium satisfied Friday as they saw their lacrosse team nip the host Mountain Range Mustangs (Westminster, CO), 8-7 in a non-league game.

With the victory, Northfield advances its record to 1-4 on the season. The Nighthawks travel to Lewis-Palmer (Monument, CO) to play the Rangers in a 5A League #1 game on Friday, April 4. The Rangers come into the game with a record of 2-2.

The Mustangs now sport a 0-5 record. They put it on the line next when they travel to Grand Junction for a non-league game on Saturday, March 29.
