The Downsville Demons (Downsville, LA) softball routed the host South Cameron Tarpons (Creole, LA), 13-1 in Friday's non-league outing.
The Demons now sport a 7-10 record. They play next when they travel to Northwood for a non-league challenge on Saturday, March 22. Downsville will meet a Falcons squad coming off a 9-8 league loss to Caddo Magnet (Shreveport, LA). The Falcons record now stands at 6-9.
The Tarpons (4-4) will now prepare for their challenge against Starks (Starks, LA). The Panthers enter the C District 4 challenge with a 8-1 record. In their last challenge, Starks overcame Hackberry (Hackberry, LA), 25-12, in a league challenge.
