North Carolina High School Softball - Salisbury drops to East Davidson

The Salisbury Hornets softball squad (Salisbury, NC), was routed 22-11 in Friday's league contest with the visiting East Davidson Golden Eagles (Thomasville, NC)

With the triumph, East Davidson improves its record to 3-3 on the year. The Golden Eagles host South Davidson (Denton, NC) to face the Wildcats in a Central Carolina 1A/2A contest on Tuesday, March 25. The Wildcats enter the contest with a record of 3-1.

The Hornets now hold a 4-4 record. They play next when they host Lexington for a Central Carolina 1A/2A contest on Tuesday, March 25. Salisbury will face a Yellowjackets squad coming off a 19-1 league loss to West Davidson (Lexington, NC). The Yellowjackets record now stands at 0-2.
