In Saturday's non-league bout, the Clovis Wildcats (Clovis, NM) baseball squad overwhelmed the host Los Alamos Hilltoppers (Los Alamos, NM), by a count of 10-0.
The Wildcats now own a 8-6 record. They take the field next when they travel to Mayfield for a non-league challenge on Friday, March 27. Clovis will clash with a Trojans team coming off a 15-6 non-league loss to Carlsbad (Carlsbad, NM). The Trojans record now stands at 5-3.
With the loss, Los Alamos falls to 3-7 on the campaign. The Hilltoppers travel to Santa Fe (Santa Fe, NM) to confront the Demons in a non-league contest on Wednesday, March 25. The Demons come into the contest with a record of 6-5. Santa Fe won 13-6 in their recent non-league contest against St. Michael's (Santa Fe, NM)
