The St. Frederick Warriors overwhelmed the visiting Byrd Yellow Jackets softball squad by a count of 13-3 in Saturday's non-league challenge.
Next, the Warriors meet the Caldwell Parish Spartans (Columbia, LA) in a non-league challenge, on Monday, March 23. St. Frederick will attempt to move on its 12-7 season record. The Spartans come into the outing with a 7-15 record after their 10-0 non-league loss to Sterlington (Sterlington, LA).
With the loss, Byrd moves to 2-10 on the season. The Yellow jackets travel to Parkway (Bossier City, LA) to encounter the Panthers in a 5A District 1 test on Tuesday, March 24. The Panthers go into the test with a record of 9-9. Parkway lost 6-1 in their recent league test against Airline (Bossier City, LA)
