The Canton Little Giants softball team scored 12 runs and held the host ROWVA/Williamsfield Cougars to 9 in the Little Giants non-league win on Saturday.

The Little Giants now sport a 2-1 record. They take the field next when they host Kewanee for a non-league test on Wednesday, March 25. Canton will meet a Boilermakers squad coming off a 8-7 non-league win over Stark County (Toulon, IL). The Boilermakers record now stands at 1-1.

The Cougars (1-1) will now prepare for their test against West Prairie/Bushnell-Prairie City (Sciota, IL). The Sparclones go into the non-league test with a 0-0 record.
