The Carroll Eagles baseball team scored 15 runs and limited the host Houston County Lions to 0 in the Eagles non-league victory on Tuesday.
The Eagles (10-6) will now prepare for their match against Greenville (Greenville, AL). The Tigers go into the non-league match with a 12-3 record.
The Lions (3-13) will now prepare for their match against Geneva County (Hartford, AL). The Bulldogs go into the 2A Area 2 match with a 0-11 record. In their last match, Geneva County was overwhelmed by Slocomb (Slocomb, AL), 9-3, in a non-league match.
