Spectators at Tuesday's non-league battle between the Chaparral Lobos (Chaparral, NM) and the host Hot Springs Tigers (Truth or Consequences, NM), saw Chaparral's baseball squad beat Hot Springs by a margin of 12-2.

Coming up next, the Lobos play the Ruidoso Warriors (Ruidoso, NM) in a 4A District 3 battle, on Monday, April 4. Chaparral will attempt to better on its 4-4 season record.

The Tigers now sport a 2-6 record. They take the field next when they travel to Magdalena for a non-league battle on Wednesday, March 23.
