North Carolina High School Baseball - Gray's Creek defeats South View

March 22, 2022: Hope Mills, NC 28348

Gray's Creek Bears (Hope Mills, NC) fans exited the stadium thrilled Tuesday as they observed their baseball squad overcome the host South View Tigers (Hope Mills, NC), 10-3 in a league test.

With the win, Gray's Creek upgrades its record to 6-2 on the season. The Bears travel to Jack Britt (Fayetteville, NC) to battle the Buccaneers in a United Eight 3A/4A test on Friday, March 25. The Buccaneers come into the test with a record of 4-3. Jack Britt lost 7-6 in their recent league test against Cape Fear (Fayetteville, NC)

With the defeat, South View falls to 5-2 on the season. The Tigers host Hoke County (Raeford, NC) to battle the Bucks in a non-league test on Wednesday, March 23. The Bucks come into the test with a record of 0-9. Hoke County lost 11-5 in their recent league test against Richmond (Rockingham, NC)
