Putnam County Panthers (Granville, IL) fans exited the stadium thrilled Tuesday as they observed their baseball squad overcome the host Somonauk Bobcats (Somonauk, IL), 3-0 in a non-league test.
With the win, Putnam County upgrades its record to 3-2 on the season. The Panthers travel to St. Bede (Peru, IL) to battle the Bruins in a non-league test on Friday, March 25. The Bruins come into the test with a record of 0-2.
