In Tuesday's league battle, the visiting Pickens Dragons soccer squad scored a close 7-2 triumph over the Central Lions.
The Dragons (6-6) will now prepare for their battle against Southeast Whitfield County (Dalton, GA). The Raiders come into the AAAA Region 7 battle with a 12-1 record. In their last battle, Southeast Whitfield County nudged Coahulla Creek (Dalton, GA), 5-0, in a non-league battle.
The Lions (0-13) will now prepare for their battle against Northwest Whitfield (Tunnel Hill, GA). The Bruins come into the AAAA Region 7 battle with a 9-3 record. In their last battle, Northwest Whitfield nudged Ridgeland (Rossville, GA), 10-0, in a league battle.
