In Tuesday's non-league game, the Lincoln-Way Central Knights (New Lenox, IL) soccer squad tipped the visiting Glenbrook South Titans (Glenview, IL), by a final score of 1-0.
The Knights (3-0) will now prepare for their game against Marist (Chicago, IL). The RedHawks go into the non-league challenge with a 0-3 record. In their last challenge, Marist was edged by Loyola Academy (Wilmette, IL), 7-0, in a non-league challenge.
The Titans now possess a 3-1 record. They take the field next when they travel to Andrew for a non-league challenge on Thursday, March 24. Glenbrook South will confront a Thunderbolts team coming off a 0-0 non-league Lincoln-Way East (Frankfort, IL). The Thunderbolts record now stands at 4-1.
