Lake Braddock Bruins (Burke, VA) fans were pleased Tuesday as they observed their soccer team hold off the visiting Wakefield Fighting Owls (The Plains, VA), 2-1 in a non-league challenge.

Next, the Bruins confront the Langley Saxons (McLean, VA) in a challenge, on Thursday, March 31. Lake Braddock will attempt to better on its 2-2 season record.

The Fighting Owls now have a 1-1 record. They take the field next when they host Alexandria City for a non-league challenge on Thursday, March 24.
