Nevada High School Softball - South Tahoe knocked off by Churchill County

March 22, 2022: Fallon, NV 89406

In Tuesday's league contest, the Churchill County Greenwave (Fallon, NV) softball team overwhelmed the visiting South Tahoe Vikings (South Lake Tahoe, CA), by a margin of 20-7.

With the triumph, Churchill County moves its record to 5-0 on the year. The Greenwave host Truckee (Truckee, CA) to play the Wolverines in a 3A North - West contest on Wednesday, March 23. The Wolverines come into the contest with a record of 0-8. Truckee lost 16-1 in their recent league contest against Spring Creek (Spring Creek, NV)

In their next game, the Vikings play the Lowry Buckaroos (Winnemucca, NV) in a 3A North - East contest, on Saturday, March 26. South Tahoe will attempt to move on its 0-5 season record.
