California High School Softball - Saugus holds off Granada Hills Charter

The Saugus Centurions the visiting Granada Hills Charter Highlanders softball squad by a count of 2-0 in Tuesday's non-league battle.

The Centurions (11-3) will now prepare for their battle against Valencia (Valencia, CA). The Vikings go into the Foothill battle with a 11-7 record. In their last battle, Valencia nudged Golden Valley (Santa Clarita, CA), 21-0, in a league battle.

The Highlanders now sport a 7-5 record. They play next when they travel to Carson for a non-league battle on Saturday, March 26. Granada Hills Charter will meet a Colts squad coming off a 8-2 non-league loss to Redondo Union (Redondo Beach, CA). The Colts record now stands at 5-7.
