Sanger Apaches (Sanger, CA) backers exited the stadium thrilled Tuesday as they saw their softball squad run past the visiting Mt. Whitney Pioneers (Visalia, CA), 20-1 in a non-league challenge.

The Apaches now own a 5-5 record. They take the field next when they host Golden West for a non-league challenge on Thursday, March 24. Sanger will battle a Trailblazers squad coming off a 9-8 non-league loss to Porterville (Porterville, CA). The Trailblazers record now stands at 7-4.

With the loss, Mt. Whitney falls to 7-5 on the campaign. The Pioneers host Hoover (Fresno, CA) to battle the Patriots in a non-league challenge on Tuesday, March 29. The Patriots enter the challenge with a record of 1-5.
