The Southern Alamance Patriots (Graham, NC) baseball trounced the visiting Eastern Randolph Wildcats (Ramseur, NC), 17-11 in Wednesday's non-league contest.

Coming up next, the Patriots encounter the Northern Durham Knights (Durham, NC) in a DAC-VII 4A contest, on Friday, March 24. Southern Alamance will attempt to better on its 5-4 season record. The Knights come into the contest with a 2-7 record after their 6-5 non-league loss to Person (Roxboro, NC).

The Wildcats now sport a 1-8 record. They play next when they travel to Wheatmore for a Piedmont Athletic 1A/2A contest on Friday, March 24. Eastern Randolph will encounter a Warriors squad coming off a 4-2 non-league loss to East Davidson (Thomasville, NC). The Warriors record now stands at 4-5.
