The Neshannock Lancers (New Castle, PA) baseball trounced the visiting Laurel Spartan (New Castle, PA), 13-5 in Wednesday's non-league contest.

Coming up next, the Lancers encounter the Hopewell Vikings (Aliquippa, PA) in a non-league contest, on Tuesday, March 28. Neshannock will attempt to better on its 1-0 season record. The Vikings come into the contest with a 1-1 record after their 10-8 non-league loss to Mohawk Area (Bessemer, PA).

The Spartan now sport a 0-2 record. They play next when they travel to South Side for a WPIAL 2A 2 contest on Monday, March 27.
