The Alameda Hornets volleyball team scored 3 points and limited the visiting St. Joseph Notre Dame Pilots to 2 in the Hornets non-league victory on Wednesday.

The Hornets now have a 7-6 record. They put it on the line next when they travel to Berkeley for a West Alameda County game on Wednesday, March 29. Alameda will meet a Yellowjackets team coming off a 3-2 league loss to Piedmont (Piedmont, CA). The Yellowjackets record now stands at 2-8.

The Pilots (9-5) will now prepare for their outing against Redwood Christian (San Lorenzo, CA). The Eagles go into the Bay Counties outing with a 3-5 record.
