In Wednesday's non-league test, the visiting Fairmont Senior Polar Bears lacrosse squad scored a tight 12-5 victory over the Greater Latrobe Wildcats.
The Polar Bears now have a 1-0 record. They take the field next when they host University for a test on Wednesday, March 29.
In their next game, the Wildcats face the Hampton Talbots (Allison Park, PA) in a test, on Friday, March 24. Greater Latrobe will attempt to move on its 0-1 season record. The Talbots come into the test with a 0-1 record after their 13-0 non-league loss to Mt. Lebanon (Pittsburgh, PA).
