In Wednesday's non-league contest, the Mead Mavericks (Longmont, CO) lacrosse squad the host York Dukes (Elmhurst, IL), by a count of 8-6.

Coming up next, the Mavericks confront the Hinsdale Central Red Devils (Hinsdale, IL) in a non-league contest, on Thursday, March 23. Mead will attempt to advance on its 3-1 season record. The Red Devils come into the contest with a 2-0 record after their 17-3 non-league win over St. Charles East/North (St. Charles, IL).
