Georgia High School Soccer - Pinecrest Academy held off by North Forsyth

In Wednesday's non-league battle, the host North Forsyth Raiders soccer squad scored a close 2-1 triumph over the Pinecrest Academy Paladins.
The Raiders (5-8) will now prepare for their battle against Apalachee (Winder, GA). The Wildcats come into the 6A Region 8 battle with a 0-14 record. In their last battle, Apalachee was nudged by Jackson County (Jefferson, GA), 5-0, in a league battle.
The Paladins (8-3) will now prepare for their bout against Johnson Ferry Christian Academy (Marietta, GA). The Saints enter the GAPPS I-AA Region 1 bout with a 1-6 record.
