In Wednesday's non-league test, the visiting Cannon Cougars lacrosse squad scored a tight 7-4 victory over the Lake Norman Charter Knights.
The Cougars now have a 4-0 record. They take the field next when they travel to Centennial for a non-league test on Friday, March 24. Cannon will face a Knights squad coming off a 11-6 non-league win over Lassiter (Marietta, GA). The Knights record now stands at 6-4.
In their next game, the Knights face the Northern Guilford Nighthawks (Greensboro, NC) in a non-league test, on Friday, March 24. Lake Norman Charter will attempt to move on its 5-3 season record. The Nighthawks come into the test with a 2-3 record after their 11-10 non-league loss to Hough (Cornelius, NC).
